This washed coffee was produced by the Naga Singage, Adorsi Washing Station in Yirgacheffe and was grown around 2000 meters above sea level. Naga Singage is a beautiful, bright and floral coffee that knocks us off our feet every year.
This lot was created from 1000 farmers contributing coffees to the Naga Singage washing station, which is managed by Testi Coffee. The Gersi smallholders harvest Naga Singage coffee between October and January. Once picked and collected, the Gersi deliver cherries to the Aricha washing station, found in the neighboring Kebele, Aricha.
We love this coffee and are excited to have it back again this year. Coffee from Naga Singage makes a perfect flash chilled iced coffee. We can't imagine going into summer without this coffee on hand.
