A couple of years ago, we had the pleasure of meeting Lennon Diaz through a mutual friend. We've been fans of him and his coffee ever since.
Lennon left his career as a bank agent to pursue his passion for coffee, transforming his family farm, Finca Liquidambar, into a hub of quality and sustainability. Located at a high elevation in Honduras, his farm produces coffee cherries that ripen slowly, resulting in a wonderfully sweet flavor profile.
Beyond his role as a producer, Lennon is a skilled roaster, quality control expert, and barista, bringing unparalleled dedication to his craft.
